Martha Stewart Large Circle Cutter

I tried out my new toy few minutes ago.. All I can say is WOW.. LOL.. It makes the PERFECT circles. Wayyyy better than the Martha Stewart Circle Cutter (I also own this one). It was so easy to use..had no problem.. Instructions was real easy to read (but sorta long.. didn't really read it LOL.. just looked at the pictures). I'll upload more photos of it later on.. I'll probably blog about how to use it :) I'm trying to finish a project I'm doing at the moment.

[UPDATE: JULY 31,2010 12:01AM PST]
Sorry it's kind of dark.. I'll retake all the photos later on.. These were all taken from my phone. On this blog this just shows you where to store your extra blades, how to change the size, and where to put the blade to begin cutting. On my next blog I'll make a video on everything.. :)

This is where you can store the extra blades.

To change the size..pull up..then move it to whatever size you want. Once selected let go.

To get started making circles, flip it upside down and place a blade under the nob. Just plug it in.. It's that simple. To remove the safety cap.. you must slide it off.. DO NOT pull it out..

Moose-las Gracias

Made a thank you card using The Stamping Boutique's digi stamp "Moose". The sentiment I got the idea from Wild Sprinkles Stamping. Cardstock I used for this is white - Wausau Papers and kraft - Recollections. I colored the moose and grass with Artist's Loft color pencils. LOL I think I forgot to color the flower..

In a roll here.. I'm like card making mode LOL.. Sorry it's kind of dark.. I always use my phone to take pictures then I email it directly to Blogger. I forgot to turn on the flash on this one..

Rain

Digital Stamp: Audrey in the Rain - The Stamping Boutique
Cardstock: White - Wausau Papers, Light Yellow and Kraft- Recollections
Color Pencils: Light Blue, Cherry Red, Light Yellow, Dark Blue, Ivory - Artist's Loft

Inside of Card:
"Those who say sunshine brings happiness have never danced in the rain" - Elegant Wordart 2

Michaels Run (Again) - Large Circle Cutter

LOL today I went to Michaels. Decided to get the new Martha Stewart Large Circle Cutter :) I also bought a scrapbook case for my 12 x 12 paper. Was going to get more cases because they were all 40% off. Well anyways I bought it.. I couldn't wait.. This retails from $24.99 at Michaels.. I used my 40% on this so it became $14.99..

The large circle cutter looks pretty neat.. It can cut 4-12" circles. I'm going to play with it soon.. I should of bought the large glass mat in the first place. I think I have the small one.. Yea just checked real quick it 9 x 12..

I should stop spending so much money. I'm like At Michaels every single day. If not at Michaels.. I'm either at TJ Maxx, Marshalls or Ross :) those places, you can sometimes find great deals on scrapbooking stuff. Like the paper packs I bought weeks ago. Michaels still carries them and it retails for $19.99 - $24.99. Like the ABC glittery packs.. They're I think $24.99 (12 x 12").. I got them for $4.99 at TJ Maxx and the Martha Stewart ones..it's I think $19.99 at Michaels and at Marshalls it was $3.99. Wow what a difference there LOL.. You'll SOMETIMES find great deals NOT always. They don't really carry much scrapbooking stuff.

OMG good thing I bought the I-Rock yesterday. When I was there early today it was all sold out. I was trying to find the stencils (or whatever they are called..I'll check later) for the I-Rock. Which they didn't have ANY and notice all the I-Rock tool were gone.

Well anyways enough with the chit chat I'm off to play with my new circle cutter :)

TJ Maxx Mini Haul

Right after my husband came home I've decided to checkout Ross and TJ Maxx real quick. Wanted to see if anything was new. First I headed to Ross and there was nothing then went to TJ Maxx. Also here I didn't see much so I just grabbed a one paper pack. On my way to pay for it I saw a whole bunch of Martha Stewart Crafts. Saw a corner punch and embossing powder..grabbed and paid LOL.

I wish TJ Maxx, Ross and Marshalls could tell me how often they get scrapbooking shipments :( they would be AWESOME.

Marshalls Run

Today after my daughter's 6 month checkup I was about to just go home but then I saw Marshalls was near by so I decided to check it out. Wanted to see if there is anything interesting..

Well long story short I found few paper pads and a heat embossing kit by Martha Stewart. Lucky to find these there. They're usually around $20 for each of these at Michaels. Got the paper pads for $3.99 each and the heat embossing kit for $5.99. I see the heat embossing kit everyday at Michaels and it's $19.99. Even if you use the coupon it's minus $10 - $12.

Sweetie Pie

YAY!!! My first challenge LOL. I should do this more often.. This is so much fun..

I used the Vintage Baking Digi and the sentiment "Sweetie Pie" from Create with TLC. I wanted to keep it kind of simple. All I used was the red cardstock from The Paper Company and the white from Wausau Paper. The red corners you see on the digital stamps are from a punch I bought from Michaels yesterday. It's called Victorian Photo Corner. I used coloring pencils to color the digital stamp nothing special. It's a brand called Artist's Loft, I bought that also from Michaels. The colors I used - Cherry Red, Silver, Ivory and Light Brown.

50% off Coupon at Michaels

50% off any one regular price item From July 4th to Saturday July 10, 2010

Coupon - US Stores
Coupon - Canada Stores

If think doesn't work you can always go to Michael's website www.michaels.com

I went there yesterday and I wanted to buy one of the Spellbinders Nestabilities but I couldn't seem to find it ANYWHERE in the store. I asked a sales associate but she didn't know what in the world I was talking about. She doesn't even know what are they. I told her they're dies for the die cut machines and they can also be used as stencils. She was like stencils are here and dies are on that isle. I was like they were in this section. And she was like they're were probably seasonal items that's why you don't seem them anymore. I was like SEASONAL, not even. Well anyways I couldn't find it so I decided to buy a Martha Stewart utility bone folder and a ek success punch (it was on clearance) They had lots of punches on clearance, most of them were gone.

Today I went to Ross and found a few great deals on punches as well. I got the green one for $3.99 and the black one for $4.99. They had tons of paper but decided to just get the punches for now.
